The Verdict Is In: Kettle Falls Five
The three family members considered "The Last of the Kettle Falls Five" have been delivered their verdicts following a prosecutorial whim of the Federal Government. Family members Rhonda Firestack-Harvey, Rolland Gregg, and Michelle Gregg were growing medical Cannabis on their land in eastern Washington in a manner compliant with Washington state law. The federal charges they faced are meant for criminals trafficking large amounts of drugs and using firearms to further the trafficking.
They have all been found guilty of manufacturing a schedule 1 narcotic and not guilty on all other counts. They will be sentenced on June 10th.
